We are thrilled you are interested in participating in a 2026 Mission Trip with Southeast Christian Church. By completing this form, your name and contact info will go on a list that will receive an email when the trips are open for registration.

There are a few requirements to attend a trip.

1. Complete a Southeast Volunteer Application.

2. If age 18 or over, complete the online MinistrySafe training.

3. All trips require a deposit, which is non-refundable. The IRS considers all monies going towards a mission trip as a charitable donation. To comply with IRS guidelines, we are unable to refund any monies submitted.

4. Once registration opens, you may begin fundraising. Please be aware, at no time are donations refundable. They are considered charitable contributions by the IRS, and as such, can not be refunded.

4. All passports must be valid six (6) months after return date. If your passport will be expiring within that time frame, it will need to be renewed ASAP.

Prerequisites

SE Volunteer Application completed for adults - Missions Logistics will send to you if this is needed.
SE Volunteer Application completed for minors - Missions Logistics will send to you if this is needed.
If vaccines are required, please get them immediately upon trip acceptance. These are an out of pocket cost and not covered by the trip fundraising. The team leader can provide assistance as to where to go for the needed vaccines.
If your passport expires within six (6) months of trip return, it needs to be renewed prior to trip departure.

Responsibilities

Be humble. We are serving the partner and must adhere to their needs, not our own.
If a trip has a dress code, please respect the partner's guidelines and pack accordingly.
If there are flight issues, team members are to be respectful and follow the team leader's instructions.
A great attitude and the ability to be flexible are a key component of being a team member.

Restrictions

Age Limits: Some trips require participants 18+ only. Please read full descriptions before applying.
Physical Limitations: Many trips require copious amounts of walking, climbing, and hard physical labor. Please pray and be honest with yourself before applying.
Allergies: If you have a severe allergy requiring the use of Epi-Pens in a critical situation, please think twice before applying for a trip that lists known allergens which could affect you.
Fundraising: Trip incidentals such as snacks the airport, airport parking, souvenirs, or snacks on field are your responsibility. The trip fundraising does NOT cover these costs.
